Woman Wins Sportfishing Yacht in Court Case

CORPUS CHRISTI — It took a six-member jury just two hours to digest almost three days of evidence and testimony and deliver a verdict Wednesday evening in a federal trial connected with a bankrupt oil and gas company.

The jury awarded Toby Shor her claim to take possession of a 54-foot sport fishing yacht, named the Zephyrus, purchased in 2007 by oil and gas developer Paul Black, who ran the now-bankrupt companies.
